Special Zoning Requirements

3 of the 5 community lands were purchased with specific requirements related to parking spaces. In accordance with the City’s agreement with LA Metro, the Triangle Lot, Heathercliff Lot and Chili Cook-Off Lot need to accommodate the following:

  • Approximately 100 Spaces at Civic Center Way and Webb Way (APN 4458-020-015)
  • Approximately 200 Spaces at Pacific Coast Highway and Heathercliff Road (APN 4466-021-028)
  • Approximately 100 Spaces at 23575 Civic Center Way (APN 4458-022-011)
